Stanley Rd Project

This project involved a full structural calculation for a loft conversion in a mid-terrace house on Stanley Road, Teddington, London. The conversion created approximately 32 sqm of additional loft space, featuring the addition of a rear dormer. As part of the upgrades, two Velux skylights were installed, and both the front and rear roofs were completely renewed.

The building was entirely stripped down, with all joists replaced and new steel beams installed where required. The rear room on the first floor had a low roof, which was demolished and reconstructed with new steel beams, rafters, and a skylight window for added light.
