KUEN is a trading name of KU Engineering & Design Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a structural engineering and construction company registered in England and Wales, based at 29A Hersham Rd, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

  • Submit our contact form (name, email, phone number, postcode, project details)
  • Submit a quote request (name, email, phone number, project type, project description, and any files you upload)
  • Use our site visit fee estimator (postcode only — not stored, used only to calculate a fee on your device)
  • Browse our website, if you consent to analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy)

3. How we use your data

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver our services, and — where you've consented — to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis

We process contact and quote form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once you engage us, to perform a contract with you. We process analytics data only with your consent.

5. Who we share data with

Form submissions are processed via Netlify Forms (our website host). Website analytics, where consented to, are processed by Google Analytics. We do not share your data with any other third parties except where required by law.

6. How long we keep your data

We retain enquiry and quote data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by law (e.g. for accounting records).
