Enfield Renovation Project

This project highlights our ability to modernise traditional homes while optimising space. This mid-terrace property underwent significant improvements, including a loft conversion with a rear dormer, a single rear extension, and the addition of a front porch. The old garage was demolished and replaced with a larger, modern garden office to better suit the homeowners' needs.

To create the new layout, we stripped the house down to the party wall and removed the chimney stack to roof level, allowing for more space on both the ground and first floors. This full renovation and extension project will be completed within 24 weeks, reflecting our commitment to high standards and careful project management.
