Ham Renovation Project

This project showcases our expertise in transforming traditional properties while maximising space and modernising functionality. This end-of-terrace Victorian house required significant updates, including a loft conversion with a rear dormer, a single rear and side extension, and the addition of a front porch. We also demolished the old garage, replacing it with a larger, contemporary garden office.

To achieve the desired new layout, we stripped the house to the party wall and removed the chimney stack to the roof level, optimising space on both the ground and first floors. This comprehensive renovation and expansion will be completed within 24 weeks, emphasising our commitment to quality and seamless project management.
