Hampton Structural Calculations

This project involved a complete structural calculation for a loft conversion, including the addition of a rear dormer to a mid-terrace house in Hampton, London. The conversion added approximately 27 square metres of loft space. Two Velux skylights were installed, and the entire front and rear roofs were renewed as part of the upgrades.

Midway through the project, at the homeowner's request, the steel design was revised to raise the ceiling height on the first floor, preventing the loss of ceiling space in the bathroom and kids' room.
